Protected Account Twitter Direct Messages display as Tweet Unavailable in Social Studio

Fixed in version Marketing Cloud Social August 2019 Release

Summary
When receiving an incoming Twitter Direct Message from a Protected Account (https://help.twitter.com/en/safety-and-security/public-and-protected-tweets) within a Twitter Social Account in Social Studio, the content and author information is not displayed. Instead it displays the Author as: Twitter User and the content as: Tweet Unavailable

Due to this, it also restricts engaging/replying to the direct message within Social Studio Engage.

Repro
1. Using a Protected Twitter Account, have a direct message sent to your registered Twitter Social Account in Social Studio.

2. Login to Social Studio, navigate to your workspace and Engage. Create a new Column for your existing Twitter Social Account and monitor the column until you see the new incoming Direct Message displayed in the column feed.

3. The new incoming Direct Message will display the content as: Tweet Unavailable and the author as: Twitter User.
