Copied Journeys with large activity payloads can fail to save and result in an Internal Server Error.
- Create a copy of a Journey
- Open up the copied Journey
- Select the an activity with a large payload
- Try to update the activity
- Attempt to save the Journey and receive an 'Internal Server Error'
- Recreate a new Journey with the SMS activities
