Exporting a data extension in UI for Browser Download intermittently yields an empty/partial file.

Fixed in version Marketing Cloud Release May 2020

Summary
Exporting a data extension through the UI and selecting 'Browser download' as the Delivery location is intermittently producing a blank 0kb file or partial file

Repro
1) In Email Studio open any data extension with rows and click on the Records tab.
2) Click Export and select 'Browser download' as the Delivery location

Workaround
Export the data extension again and the file should be correct.

Use a Data Extract to export the data
