Field "Accept Time" on Messaging Session is empty

Summary
Messaging session does not use/add/update "Accept Time" while creating or updating the session.
Repro
1 Go online as messaging User in the Service Console
2 Accept work item from the widget after sending a test SMS or FB Message
3 End the chat and close the Messaging Session tab.
4 You will see that the Accept Time field is blank and editable.
