Work Users with no access to the Account and Contact object is unable to view MessagingSessions

Error when a Messaging User accesses Messaging Session records if the user has no object permission to Accounts and Contacts
This occurs even if the user has “View Setup and Configuration” and access to Messaging Session and Messaging Users objects
1) Create a user profile and modify Object Permissions to deny all access to the Account and Contact object
2) Assign the profile to any user
3) Try to load any MessagingSession record home or go online on OmniChannel and try to accept a work item
