"An internal server error has occurred" page encountered when attempting to view package detail page

Some package publishers may find that when they attempt to view the package detail page in an org, that they will encounter a "An internal server error has occurred" page.
This is occurring due to the size of the package being accessed.
1. Create a package with a large number of components
2. Attempt to access the package's detail page
3. If there are too many components, then you will encounter the "An internal service error has occurred" error message
The Tooling API or the DX CLI can be used to workaround this issue, as this is a UI problem.
