"Data Not Available" Error on certain profiles on a cloned sandbox

Some customers may encounter "Data Not available" error when opening Profiles after a sandbox refresh which may be cloned from another sandbox.
The main issue is if in the source sandbox org the affected profile the created by or last modified by user may have a username like the following two users
--> userA@company.com.srcsbx1 --- srcsbx1 is the sandbox name of the source sandbox name
if they try to clone this sandbox to sbxclone1, then we try to append both users to userA@company.com.sbxclone1, in the end, only one of them wins and the other would not be copied over. The one that may be copied over may not be the one that last modified or created the profile
1) Clone a Sandbox from a source sandbox
2) Try to access profiles and receive an error similar to below
Data Not Available
The data you were trying to access could not be found. It may be due to another user deleting the data or a system error. If you know the data is not deleted but cannot access it, please look at our support page
Please try to find all the users in the source sandbox who might have similar usernames and edit to make them different before cloning a sandbox
