After Summer’19 using Lightning, inline editing lookup field on a custom object record shows following error if lookup filter references dependent field with a comma

1.Create a custom object eg. ‘CustomObject’
2.Create a new custom picklist field eg. “CustomPicklist” with picklist value “Algeria, Peoples Democratic Republic of”
3.Create a new custom lookup field related to Account with following filter criteria: “CustomObject: CustomPicklist EQUALS Account: Account Name”
4.Create a new record for the custom object and navigate to the record
5.Inline edit the created record and select picklist value “Algeria, Peoples Democratic Republic of”
6.Click the lookup field and confirm the error occurs
-Remove a comma.
-Use Edit button instead of inline edit.
