When uninstalling a package, an error is encountered with the error number 1736323978

This issue occurs when attempting to uninstall a package that uses analytics components, and the user performing the uninstall does not have the "Sales Analytics Apps" permission set license assigned to them, along with the permissions "Manage Analytics Templated Apps" and "Use Analytics Templated Apps".
The necessary license may not be in your environment.
This usually occurs in a sandbox, but can occur in production as well.
If you encounter this issue upon uninstalling a package, you will encounter an error message similar to the following:
An internal server error has occurred
An error has occurred while processing your request. The salesforce.com support team has been notified of the problem. Please do note that the error number may differ.
1. Obtain a package that has multiple analytics components and is dependent on the target org having the Analytics Insights feature.
2. Login as a user that doesn't have the license "Sales Analytics Apps" and/or the permissions "Manage Analytics Templated Apps" and "Use Analytics Templated Apps"
3. Install the package obtained in step 1
4. Attempt to uninstall the package and observe that you are routed to an error page that has text similar to the error presented in the summary above
Assign the permission set license "Sales Analytics Apps" to the user trying to uninstall.
Create a permission set that depends on this license and enable the permissions "Manage Analytics Templated Apps" and "Use Analytics Templated Apps" for this permission set.
Assign this permission set to the user attempting to uninstall the package and attempt to uninstall again.
