Omni Supervisor Config page does not show selected values if the Picklist (group, users, profiles) contains more than 1,000 items

When editing an Omni-Channel Supervisor Configuration assignment that has a Public Group already assigned, the Public Group assignment is removed and there is no way to add it back due to the Public Group list not displaying the full list of available Public Groups. This occurs when you have more than 1,000 Public Groups and the selected Public Group starts with a letter that falls outside of the first 1,000 listed values. You cannot add it back and cannot search for it.
This issue occurs on all three picklists on the Omni Supervisor Configuration page - Users, Profiles and Public Groups. The Users picklist tries to circumvent this issue by adding a search bar with the picklists, but it still has the issue of not displaying items which are already selected in edit mode.
Insert over 1,000 Users into your org via the API.
Enable Omni and setup configuration.
Create an Omni Supervisor Configuration.
Notice that not all of the Users you've inserted are able to be selected.
Now search for a User in the search bar which starts with a letter which is after the 1000 item cutoff.
Add this user and save the Omni Supervisor Configuration.
Edit the configuration again. You will notice that the user selected above does not display in the selected section of the picklist.
None at this time.
