Summary
Some customers may have observed the following error when clicking on the “save and new” Button after removing the content of the name field on tasks in Lightning Experience (Occurs in orgs with Shared Activities enabled).

Repro
1. Login to org.
2. From Setup->Activities->Enable Shared Activities.
3. Switch to Lightning Experience.
4. Create a Contact.
5. Navigate to Tasks and create a new Task setting the contact just created as the Who (Name).
6. Click “Save and New”.
7. Now in the new task creation page clear the value/contact from The Who field (Name).
8.Click “Save and New” again. You will see the following error:

Workaround
Dismiss the error and continue creating a new task.
