Community Feed filter not working properly in "Feed" lightning component

In Winter 19, Community Feed filter not working properly in "Feed" lightning component. When setting Feed filter = "All Questions", end users can see non-questions such as status updates
1. Log into community based on "Customer Account Portal" template
2. Go to any case
3. Go to "Feed" lightning component. Update filter to toggle the following values:
All Updates, All Questions, Unanswered Questions, Questions with No Best Answer, Questions with Best Answer
4. We see that "All Questions" filter and other Question related filters will display some status updates rather than only Questions.
