Cannot Translate custom lookup filter error message for standard field through Translation Workbench

There is no option in Translation workbench to translate a custom error message for a lookup filter on a standard lookup field.
1. Navigate to the Contact object and edit Account Name field (Lookup-Account)
2. Add a lookup filter
3. Enable TWB and add add Spanish as supported language
4. Select "Spanish" as Language, "Lookup Filter" as Setup Component, "Contact" as Object, and "Error Message" as Aspect
5. You should see no available data shows up although there is a lookup filter created from the above steps
The error message is available for translation when exporting and importing the translation files.
