Process Builder flows are not triggered for Outlook Integration with composing a new email by using send and add emails
Repro
1. Build a Process builder flow on EmailMessage object to update Case Status to closed
2. Send an Email from Case related list and trigger the flow and the Case Status is updated successfully.
3. Open Outlook and load Outlook Integration
4. Compose a new email and use "Send and Add emails" from Outlook Integration Sidepanel
5. Email is added successfully after the email is sent, but the Case status will not be updated
Workaround
Send the Email first and then add email to Salesforce from sent folder or inbox folder
