[Add to Outlook] button appears in Sandbox orgs, contrasting with Production

For certain regions, the [Add to Outlook] button is not available by default in Production orgs. Despite this, the button may be displayed in newly created or refreshed Sandbox orgs.
1- In Production, confirm that the [Add to Outlook] button is not displayed on Event records.
2- Open an Event record in a recently created or refreshed Sandbox org and confirm that the [Add to Outlook] is displayed.
Please contact Salesforce Support to have the issue manually corrected.
