Group Chatter feeds may not load all past posts and duplicate entries may be present

Note: This is a continuation of the previous Known Issue (KI) posted here:
Chatter Group posts missing, duplicated, showing in feeds unexpectedly, and/or sort order may be incorrect

It has been identified that the fix proposed in the prior KI's workaround may not correct all occurrences of this unexpected behavior.
This subsequent KI is being used to track and address any remaining Chatter Feed inconsistencies that may be unexpectedly persisting despite the fix and workaround in the prior KI.
Repro
1. Navigate to a Group's Chatter Feed.
2. Scroll down through the group feed.
Actual Results: Not all previous posts load as users scroll down and they may see some posts are duplicated.
Expected Results: All posts would be properly rendered in the Group's feed.
Workaround
- An administrator may query the FeedItem object to extract previous posts if necessary.

- In some circumstances toggling between the group's feed filters may allow users to see additional posts.
