Summary
Users may report encountering variations of an Internal Server Error that's related to search features in Lightning Experience after the Summer '17 release.
This has been confirmed to occur in the following application areas however, it may also occur elsewhere:
- Initially logging in to Salesforce Lightning or upon navigating to/opening Lightning Experience with Error Id ending in 269968378
- Attempting to use Global Search in Lightning with Error Ids ending in -506513349 or -2075648230

Repro
1. Login to Lightning Experience
2. Perform a Global Search in Lightning
Actual Results: Users are prompted with an Internal Server Error containing the following variations of an Error Id ending with these numbers:
-506513349
-2075648230
269968378
Expected Results: Users would not be prompted with an error upon logging into Lightning and/or using Global Search in Lightning Experience.
Workaround
Users can click to close the error upon logging in to resume normal use of the application.
If you need to locate a specific record, users may leverage one of the following alternatives:
- Switch to Salesforce Classic and perform a global search there
- Leverage reports, list views, and/or queries via the API and SOQL to locate desired records.
