Duplicate records are not detected if the Criteria for the Matching Rule includes a Picklist with a value where UI Label and API Name are different

Matching Rules fail to find duplicate records if you create a rule using a picklist field where the picklist value has a different Label than API Name.
1. Create and activate a Duplicate rule using a Matching rule that evaluates a picklist field.
2. Make sure that picklist field has a value where the UI Label is different than the API Name.
3. Try to create duplicate records and you'll see that they're not detected.
Make sure the UI Label and the API Name are the same if you're using a picklist field in a matching rule.
