Live Agent Chat - Paperclip Does Not Show Entities Attached

In the Live Agent console chat interface, when an agent clicks the paperclip button to attach a chat to a record, the radio buttons for any records the chat may be attached to are deselected. This happens even if the paperclip is clicked (and the dropdown opened) immediately after attaching the chat to a record and clicking elsewhere.
The chat is still attached to the records, but the interface does not indicate this is true.
1) Login in live agent with agent 1 and agent 2
2) Now agent 1 gets a chat request and accepts it
3) Agent 1 created a case and checks the paper clip
-- case should be attached to paper clip with radio button selected. but here you will see case in paper clip but radio button is not on
4) now transfer this chat to agent 2
--- as case is not attached to paper clip, agent should get message that you have unattached items. but agent does not get any message and chat gets transfered
5) agent 2 accepts it and case is opened for him with chat.
This is purely visual. The chats are still attached to the record.
