MobileConnect Contacts timezone data is off from the user's timezone during DST, if DST is enabled

Summary
The Contact DateTime Data is not showing the correct datetime stamp. This issue is within the Contact Builder and MobileConnect screens. The Repro section below will show where in the application these issues arise.

Repro
These are all examples with a user timezone setting set to: Eastern Time US & Canada (with DST)

- Create a data extension in Contact Builder, it reflects TWO hours prior than the correct time.

- Create an import definition, it reflects ONE hour prior to the correct time.

- Text into a keyword and the Engagement tab reflects ONE hour prior to the correct time.

- Importing MobileConnect subscribers has some discrepancies within the app; the main page shows ONE hour prior to the correct time, the Engagement tab shows ONE hour prior, BUT the Membership tab shows the CORRECT time per the timezone settings.

Workaround
Convert the data output in CST to your timezone using a tool like:
