Unable to delete or edit Live Chat Transcripts stuck in Waiting Status

Old Live Chat Transcripts that should have been routed by OmniChannel or updated to a Missed Status can become stuck in a Waiting Status. These Transcripts cannot be edited or deleted because they are in that status.
Currently, we don't have a way to reproduce the scenario where the Live Chat Transcripts get stuck in the Waiting Status.
At this time, there are no workarounds.
