When receiving "Too Many SOQL queries: 101" error from process builder flow, the debug log does not show these SOQL

As per the following document:
when salesforce looks up an existing record it uses a SOQL towards the SOQL limit.
This allows the user to hit the "Too Many SOQL queries: 101" error, yet if debug logs are enabled those SOQL are not shown, making it difficult to troubleshoot.
- Do more than 101 lookups in a flow
- Enable debug logs
- Execute the flow
Note, there will be no mention of the lookups consuming the SOQL 101 limit.
None at this time, other than an intimate knowledge of which flows are performing lookups etc
