“Invalid Page” in NAPILI community for Guest User

Summary
Clicking on Chatter emails generates “Invalid Page” in NAPILI community when “Give access to public API requests on Chatter” is unchecked.
Repro
1) Log into Salesforce demo
2) Go to setup -> Customize -> Communities -> All Communities
4) For a Napili community, click on “Manage”
5) Go to “Administration”, click on “Preferences”. Make sure “Give access to public API requests on Chatter” = UNCHECKED. Save
6) In Napili community create a chatter post anywhere and @ mention another end user.
7) End user should receive chatter notification email such as the following https://sdodemo-main-14b7b20392f.force.com/NAPILI/0D5o000001rBL6n?fromEmail=1&s1oid=00Do0000000dTM8&s1nid=0DBo00000008PJs&s1uid=005o0000001bSAi&s1ext=0&emkind=chatterPostNotification&emtm=1478303167919&OpenCommentForEdit=1
8) Log out of all Salesforce sessions and click on Chatter notification email. Page displays “Invalid Page”
Workaround
Make sure “Give access to public API requests on Chatter” = CHECKED
1) Log into Salesforce demo
2) Go to setup -> Customize -> Communities -> All Communities
4) For a Napili community, click on “Manage”
5) Go to “Administration”, click on “Preferences”. Make sure “Give access to public API requests on Chatter” = CHECKED. Save

Please have end user authenticate with Salesforce before clicking on chatter notification email links.
