Community User forgot password reset attempts will fail if the system detects a duplicate username

A Community User will attempt to reset their password using the Forgot Password link from the login page The request will fail and no email is sent to the user. This is due to the system detecting a possible duplicate username.
1. As a Community User access your respective Community login page.
2. Click the Forgot Password link and enter your username and submit.
3. No email is received.
4. Your administrator then performs a reset password and the email is received and you are able to update your password.
A good indicator to determine if you are affected by this Known Issue is to have your administrator update your username to be slightly different like by adding a number 1 and then try again. If the second attempt allows you to receive the email then you are more than likely affected by this.
