Unable to delete SSO Configuration in Sandbox after refresh.
Last updated 2017-06-10 ·Reference W-3386154 ·Reported By 3 users
After refreshing the sandbox, system admin cannot delete the SSO config, even if the config is not used as authentication option.
When tried it gives the error:
Your organization or community is currently using this Single Sign-On Setting as an authentication method, so you can't delete it.
*Applicable only to few sandbox orgs*
- Prouction org has SAML enabled and used in my domain as "Authentication Service".
- Refresh the sandbox and it changes the URL,
- Login as Admin, Go to Setup--> Single Sign-On Settings ---> Delete affected SSO setting.
- You see an error.
None at this time.
Is it Fixed?
