Something went wrong while processing your email

When end user using Spanish Microsoft Outlook client replies to Chatter post via email, end user receives the following error via email and message is not posted to Chatter.
"Something went wrong while processing your email to <Your Organization Name>.
We couldn't read the text in your email.
Make your post directly in <Your Organization Name>.
https://<instance or my domain>.salesforce.com/0F9300000000000?fromEmail=1"
1. Spanish Microsoft Outlook end user receives Chatter @ mention email.
2. End user replies with simple message: Hola
3. End user receives error via email and message is not posted to Chatter.
The reported errors with non-English email clients has only reported in Communities enabled orgs.
For non-English email clients, use Salesforce1 mobile App to reply to Chatter until R&D fixes known issue.
If the error happens on English email clients, please try to reply with only your text and remove email signature and/or old email message. Specifically remove characters (= - _) on their own line.
