Blank page encountered when accessing Google Apps Settings

Some customers have observed that they encounter a blank page when attempting to navigate to the Google Apps Settings page, In certain situations customers may want to to deactivate a user associated to the "Google Apps Administrative Contact" but when they attempt to do so, they get an error stating that the user is the “Google Apps Administrative Contact” for the org.
R&D have decided to address the issue by redirecting users to a page advising them to use FilesConnect instead AND also provide the ability to change the Google Admin user.
1. Go to Setup> Administer>Google Apps>Settings and you will be taking to the following URL - https://naX.salesforce.com/ui/setup/google/GoogleAppsSetupUi/d?retURL=%2Fui%2Fsetup%2FSetup%3Fsetupid%3DGoogleAppsFb&setupid=GoogleAppsFbSettings
2. You will see a blank page when you should be seeing the ability to modify the following fields:
Google Apps Administrative Contact
Google Apps Domain
