When creating a sandbox template in Spring 16, if the name of the template does not start with a letter, for example "032016" an internal server error will be thrown with the number (-1359788024) in parenthesis typically.
The rules for template naming are as follows: The name can only contain underscores and alphanumeric characters. It must be unique, begin with a letter, not include spaces, not end with an underscore, and not contain two consecutive underscores.
In the case of the other requirements a normal error is displayed beneath the field, that was handled in changes made in https://success.salesforce.com/issues_view?id=a1p300000008XB8AAM
1. Navigate to Sandboxes in Setup
2. Click to the Sandbox Template tab and create a new template.
3. Start the name with a number
4. Attempt to save it, an internal server error will be displayed.
Follow the naming rules listed above.
