Reply to chatter comment via Exchange email using iPhone fails

Replying to a chatter comment via email fails with the following response email.
Subject: Your comment couldn't be posted via email
Body: Something went wrong while processing your email reply to TEST AP0 MFURUMI ORG1
We couldn't read the text in your email reply.
-1. Set up your iPhone configuration
--1.1. Create an Exchange account on iPhone
Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > Exchange , create an account
--1.2. Setting language
Settings > General > Language & Region > iPhone Language , select 日本語(Japanese)
-2. Log in to the org
-3. Move to a chatter group
-4. Post a comment to another user related to the exchange email
-5. Launch Mail app (メール) on iPhone and open the mail box related to the Exchange account created at Step1.1.
-6. Confirm that you are mentioned at Step.4
-7. Reply to the comment with the signature and it works fine
-8. Reply to the comment without the signature and it doesn't work and the error email would be returned
