Lightning Experience & Salesforce1: Auto-Populate not working on Mailing Address, Phone and Fax when creating a Contact from an Account related list

Currently, Auto-populate for the Mailing Address, Phone and Fax when creating new Contacts from the Contact Related List on Accounts in Lightning is not working.
This is also affecting the Salesforce1 hybrid and mobile browser app.
Expected behavior is that the fields would auto populate when creating a new contact from an account from the Contacts related list in Lightning.
In Lightning (& Salesforce1), scroll down to the Contact Related List on an Account. You will notice the Mailing Address, Phone, and Fax fields will not auto populate with values from the Parent Account.
Navigate to Account | scroll to Contacts related list, choose New
In Salesforce Classic, the values will auto-populate.
Fill in the data manually or use Salesforce Classic for this function until this is resolved.
