Internal Server Error when accessing the Article Management Tab

Opening the Article Management Tab or accessing Draft Translations assigned to anyone, triggers an internal server error.
There are two scenarios where the internal server error appears:
Click on the Article Management Tab.
1. Click on the Article Management Tab | Translations | Draft Translations | Assigned to Anyone
2. Pick an Article Language
The error pops up, when the system has a draft translation that assigned to no one. As a temporary workaround, delete the cookies in the browser, open up the Article Management Tab and re-assign the article translations.
