Community user password reset link displays Internal Server Error if expired

If a community user re-uses a password reset link Internal Server Error shows up instead of displaying an error message telling the user that the link has expired ("Your reset link expired after 24 hours or has already been used").
When you see the error number 1988761417 in Internal Server Error message, this known issue is the cause.
Error ID: 868365605-9395 (1988761417)
1. Open Community Login page
2. Click “Forgot Your Password?” menu
3. Enter your community user id into Username field
4. Click [Submit] button
5. Receive a Password Reset System mail
6. Clicking the URL in the Email (Several Times)
The initial clicking is working properly.
If the Internal Server Error occurs, please reset password again.
