Lightning App Builder Filter List Component not displaying records and shows error in Salesforce1
Last updated 2016-12-08 ·Reference W-2621540 ·Reported By 1 users
When using the Filter List component in the Lightning App Builder you may see that no records are displaying in the App Builder preview pane for certain List Views. The App will save successfully, however if you then access the App in Salesforce1 you will see the following error:
UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION: An unexpected error occurred. Please include this ErrorId if you contact support: 1534718491-176684 (-1047821662)
This error is caused by having duplicate "View Unique Name" values when defining the List View being used for the component. The duplicate Unique Name could be caused from a List View available to all users or even a user-specific List View.
After Summer '16 (Safe Harbor) it will not be possible to save List Views with a duplicate View Unique Name value in the organization. This will prevent any future conflicts, but any previously defined List Views will need to be updated manually. Salesforce Support is unable to query the private List Views for an organization to identify current conflicts.
1. Have user A create a private List View.
2. Have user B create a public List View with the same View Unique Name that user A set.
3. Include the public List View user B created into the Lightning App Builder Filter List component.
4. Notice no preview for the component shows in the App Builder. Save App.
5. Access app in Salesforce1 and notice above error message.
Try changing the View Unique Name of the selected List View experiencing this problem to resolve the issue.
