Salesforce Platform users should to have “Allow View Knowledge” perm

In Spring 16, force.com licenses will have a new perm that grants access to read on knowledge without a knowledge feature license. Based on this license article: https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHelpDoc?id=users_license_types_available.htm, Salesforce Platform licenses should also have this perm since they count as a force.com license type.

Currently, the new read perm for knowledge only applies to the following license types:
This fix should include Salesforce Platform licenses.
Try to edit a Salesforce Platform licensed Profile to add the “Allow View Knowledge” perm
Notice that perm does not appear on the Profile
