Salesforce1 - All Day Events throw an error when Time/Duration is not filled in

Some of our customers have reported that when creating an All Day Event in Salesforce1, an error will be thrown when the Time and Duration fields are not filled in.
1) Login to Saelsforce1
2) From Left Menu, go to Events tab
4) Check "All-Day Event" box
5) Fill in fields and SaveSubject and leave Time and Duration blank
6) Note the required field message on top mentioning Time / Duration
Input values into those fields. Those values will not have an impact on the Event once saved.
