Data.com (Prospector): Display duplicate records hitting governor limits

On the Data.com Company search results page, you will see green dots for those Accounts already in your org. If you happen to have duplicate records, clicking on the link will take you to a list of those accounts.
It has been observed, customers with a large number of Account records when clicking on this link, hit the governor limits causing SOQL to timeout.
1. Sign into Data.com enabled org
2. Data.com licensed user navigates to the Data.com Prospector Tab
3. Search for an Account record that exists more than once in Org
4. Hover over green dot and click list duplicates
Expected: List of duplicates is displayed
Actual: SOQL Timeout error after some time has passed
No workaround at this time
Data.com R&D is working on a fix and will patch at their earliest
