Options pop-up on Search Results list page only partially visible when Divisions feature is enabled and search is performed in Console.

If a user performs a search while using the Service Cloud console in an org with Divisions enabled and attempts to set the search options on the results page they will find that the top part of the pop-up is not visible as it renders below the tab bar along the top.
1. Enable Divisions for the organization.
2. Navigate to your current service/sales cloud console.
3. Perform a search.
4. Click the Options link near the top of the results.
5. The resulting pop-up will render the top of it's window under the tab bar making it unusable.
