After deleting a User Trace for any user from Debug Logs page, sorting the User Trace Flags list gives Data Not Available error.
In any Winter '16 org:
1. Enable Debug Log (aka User Trace) for any User.
2. Delete that User Trace
3. Try sorting the 'User Trace Flags' list by any column (Expiration Date, for example).
Result: Data Not Available error
Refresh the Debug Logs page after deleting a User Trace. If you encounter this error, just navigate back to the Debug Logs page in Setup.
