Winter '15 - Delegated approvers can't approve or reject via email

Delegated approvers are getting an error when trying to approve / reject via email.
Error is as follows:
"Your workflow approval message was not processed.
You are not authorized to update the referenced object.
This error may occur if you have replied to the authorization request from a forwarded email address.
Please contact your system administrator if you feel you received this message in error."
1. Set up an approval process and an approval step that allows the Delegated Approver to approve/reject via Email.
2. Create a record that meets the criteria for the approval and submit it for approval.
3. The delegated approver will receive an email (if not, please check the User email settings).
4. Try to reply to that email with a "APPROVE, APPROVED, YES, REJECT, REJECTED, NO"
The delegated user will need to approve / reject after clicking the link instead of replying via email.
