Case Feed Quick Action for Email - In certain situations, the ToAddress field's data is duplicated (same email appears twice)

If approval process is defined on EmailMessage, and a user submits an email from case feed quick publisher action for approval, and then pulls up the email again, the email's ToAddress appears twice.
-Open the case feed, try to send an email
-It should ask for the approver. Just choose yourself.
-Refresh the case.
avoid doing browser refresh.
