Fixed - Summer '14

Summary
After the Summer 14 release in Sandbox, while trying to Save a Class or a visualforce page in Developer Console it throws the below error:

An unexpected error has occurred. 1109511818-5425 (-426779915) for deploymentId=1drZ0000000R30mIAC If this persists, please contact customer support.

Repro
1. Open Developer Console
2. Create a VF Page and Save it
<apex:page standardController="Account">
</apex:page>
3. You will get the error with StacktraceId: -426779915

Workaround
Create a new workspace in developer console:

- Workspace / New Workspace

Then switch to the newly created workspace:

- Workspace / Switch Workspace / {the new space}

You will be able to save once you are in the new workspace.
