The “Email Article as a PDF” or “Attach and Share Article Link” do not function in KB Sidebar component in Console
1. Assure org is configured to show Article sidebar with Case Feed page in console, instead of Knowledge One sidebar
2. Navigate to Sample Console
3. Select Case tab
4. Open a Case
5. Click “Email Article as a PDF” or “Attach and Share Article Link from Contact Center Knowledge Base” from the Article Sidebar
These actions function properly when using the Knowledge Footer component.
