Summary
After the Spring '14 release, users are seeing an error message on records, where a report chart has been added to the page layout.

Repro
- Create a report with SRT or CRT
- Now create embedded report chart
- Apply data filter
- You will see error saying:

For Standard ReportTypes:
"You can’t view the report chart because of an error. If the problem continues, contact salesforce.com Customer Support with as much information as you have, including the error code {0}, so that we can try to reproduce and fix the problem"

For Custom Report Types:
[For the filter 1: Specify a valid filterable column because 072D00000000tYv is invalid.]
