Summary
Case Feed - Custom action custom icon not rendering (always the lightning bolt)

Repro
1) Enable case feed in Cases -> Support settings
2) Create a new action in Cases -> Buttons, Links, and Actions
3) Configure the icon for the custom action you just created
4) Add the custom action to the case feed page layout
4) Click on any case in the UI
5) Click on "Feed" icon to see case feed
You will see that the icon displayed for your custom action is not the same as selected in case custom action configuration
