Unable to install package with a Canvas App in a GE or PE org

Summary
Packages that include the canvas application are not compatible in a GE or PE org at this time.

Repro
1. Login to the PE or GE org as the admin
2. Install the package with a canvas application
3. An error email will be sent

Workaround
If the application is needed then the customer has to work with the AE to enable the feature Force.com Canvas. Otherwise the fix is tentatively scheduled after the Winter 14 release.
