Summary
Some customers have observed that they see the following error when attempting to open an article within the org.
Data Not Available
The data you were trying to access could not be found. It may be due to another user deleting the data or a system error. If you know the data is not deleted but cannot access it, please look at our support page.
Articles with internal app unchecked display this error in online detail pages when the record is locked as a result of an approval process whose Final Approval Action is to lock the article and publish the article
Repro
a) Create an article with internal app channel unchecked.
b) Submit the article for approval, whose Final Approval Action is to lock the article and publish the article.
c) Go to online detail page of the article
