User is unable to click on Files Owned in own overview chatter profile

Summary
There is an issue with certain users not being able to click on files own panel on chatter profile. There is an activity widget overlay over the chatter profile files section which makes the section unusable..

Repro
1. Login as the admin
2. Open Chatter Detail Overview Page
3. Click on the Overview tab
4. Try to click on files owned or show all and nothing happens

Workaround
There is no workaround at this time. Other than search for the file in global search and click on it from the content/file tab etc.
