Summary
A blank screen gets shown in the viewCodeCoverage.apexp page if apex classes are part of a released managed package.
It is expected in the orgs where package is installed, however, this issue is happening in the developing org where the package is being developed.

Repro
1. create an apex class and its test class
2. add them into a managed package
3. release the managed package. Then the viewCodeCoverage.apexp page for the apex class shows nothing.
