Summary
When loading the Case Feed Detail page, the focus jumps to the Solutions Related List (if displayed on the page layout).

This is an issue when the Solutions Related List is far down the page, as users then have to scroll back up to the top of the page to view the important Case Details.

Repro
1. Log into any organization that has Case Feeds enabled

2. Edit the Case Feed Detail layout to include the Solutions related List and Case Comments related list

3. Pick an existing case or create a new one, and add a bunch of case comments so that the Solutions related list is out of view (requires vertical scrolling to see)

4. Login as a Case Feeds user, view the case in question, and notice that the page focus is set to the Solutions related list further down the page, which forces the user to scroll back up to view the important case details.

Workaround
None Available - other than removing the Solution related list from case page layouts
