The Developer Console shows "Response to EXEC to /_ui/common/apex/debug/ApexCSIAPI was : -1, transaction aborted" when an anonymous block takes more than 30 seconds to run, even if it ultimately succeeds.
This will only occur for Apex code that takes longer than 30 seconds to execute.
1. Open the Developer Console
2. In the 'Execute' box at the top of the console, enter the required Apex code that you want to execute.
3. Click 'Execute'
Developer Console log line details the error: "Response to EXEC to /_ui/common/apex/debug/ApexCSIAPI was : -1, transaction aborted". It seems that the code did not execute successfully, when in fact it has.
1. Move your anonymous block into a batch class and execute the batch class from the Developer Console.
2. Consider using the 'Execute Apex' function within Workbench: http://wiki.developerforce.com/page/Workbench
Is it Fixed?
